Brand Sender

Look for the Logo. We have an extensive library of Verified Senders and when a message arrives from that sender, we check their SPF record. If we can verify that it is legitimized by the SPF record, we show their brand logo in our Display Panel.

Here are a few examples of brands that we monitor:

Fedex, DHL, UPS, PayPal, Amazon, DocuSign, CDC (Center for Disease Control), BankofAmerica, Wells Fargo, Costco, USPS, CitiBank, Chase Bank, Facebook, Netflix and Apple.

Look for the Logo 

Here is what users see at the top of their email message in Notes:

1. Known Branded Senders

2. Known Internal Senders

3. Known External Senders (people in your address book or that you have sent mail to and whose email passes SPF)

Use Caution withe these next 3 cases

4. External Senders whose email passes SPF but you do NOT know

5. External Senders whose email does NOT pass SPF

6. External Senders whose email FAILS SPF
