How do I remove Verisend Pro from my M365 tenant?

As of October 20, 2025 the Verisend Pro for M365 application will not longer be supported as it has been decided that the product will be discontinued.


To remove Verisend Pro from your M365 tenant, please follow these instructions.  


1.  Log into the M365 Exchange Administration center

https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home


2.  Click 'show all' in the left navigator.


3.  Click 'Settings' then 'Integrated Apps' then find and click on 'Verisend Pro' in the apps list.


4.  In the 'Overview' section under the 'Actions' list click on the 'Remove app' link


5.  Check the box for 'Yes, I'm sure...', then click the Remove button on the next screen.



6.  This will remove the application from the list of available applications.  


7.  End users may not see the options to launch the application disappear immediately due to various factors such as Microsoft 365 settings propagation delays, browser caching issues, etc...  

  • Removing via the admin UI should stop new launches of the add-in for users across Outlook (web, desktop, mobile) but in some cases it may take some time for all caches/clients to reflect the change.

  • Some users have reported situations where even after removal the add-in still appears in some clients (especially cached instances) or in Outlook on the web.

  • You may need to ask users to restart Outlook or clear local client caches (especially for desktop) to ensure the add-in no longer loads.
