How Verisend Works

Email Authentication Process

Incoming messages are authenticated through Domino's SPF verification
Uses either SpamSentinel or Positive Identity for HCL Domino
Authentication results are embedded in message properties

Visual Security Indicators

Authenticated messages: Green verification panel
Suspicious/phishing messages: Clear warning labels
Uncertain sender identity: Yellow warning triangle with "Unverified" status

Deployment

Modifies existing mail template
Mail files update automatically during overnight refresh
Users see Verisend banner in their mailbox the next day
No end-user configuration required

The enhancement integrates seamlessly with existing Notes mail templates, providing immediate visual feedback about message authenticity directly in the user's mailbox.
