Deliver Spam Reports to users more than once per day

Problem

Uses want to receive reports of mail in the Quarantine database more than once per day.

Background Information

The SpamSentinel Reporting system has a very flexible scheduling system and generate End User Spam Reports as often as needed.

Procedure

1.  Open the SpamSentinel Reporting database and edit the "1. Create Recipient Spam Reports" document then go to the "Settings For Each User Report" tab.

2.  Change the fields highlighted below to suit your preference. 

In the example shown, reports run from 5AM to 6PM, every four hours on weekdays. So they would run at 5AM, 9AM, 1PM and 5PM.

3.  Click the "Generate Default Formula" button (this will change the Formula After to reflect the new settings). 

4.  Save and close the document.

5. Open the view User Reports in the same database.

6.  Select all then delete the existing User Report documents.  They will be recreated automatically with the new settings on the next day.
