Why did Inbox Genius stop working after mail file design updates?

Problem

After applying a new mail template design to a mail file, Inbox Genius stopped working for that mail file.


Background Information

Inbox Genius knows which databases to act upon based on the Template Name in the design properties.  The list of design templates in the Inbox Genius Server Configuration document needs to be kept up to date if new versions start being used.


Procedure


1.  Open the Inbox Genius Administration database MBE\MBEAdmin.nsf on one of the servers where user mail files are located.



2.  Select the Server Configurations view from the left navigator.



3.  Edit the first Server Configuration document in the view.



4.  On the Templates tab, add the new template name to the list in the field 'Mail Template Names' then save the document.



5.  Repeat the previous two steps for any other Server Configuration documents in the view.
