Problem
You want Inbox Genius to only work for a sub-set of your mail users.
Background Information
Inbox Genius can be configured to work with any or all users on the server where it is installed. The most common way of controlling who it works for is through the use of individual User Configuration documents.
Procedure
1. Open the Server Configuration document in the Inbox Genius Administration database MBE\MBEAdmin.nsf
2. On the Basic Configuration tab, change the field labelled 'If the user does not have a preference document, Inbox Genius is' from 'Enabled' to 'Disabled'.
3. On the Advanced tab in the SpamSentinel sub-tab make sure to de-select the option 'Automatically Configure' for the field 'Sent Spam B to Junk Mail Folder'. Save and Close the document afterwards.
4. Make the same changes to any other Server Configuration documents in the database.
5. Open the view 'User Configurations / Enabled/Disabled' from the left navigator and click the Create a New User action button.
6. In the 'Pick a user' field select a Notes user name from the Domino Directory address book dialog. Populate the other preferences as desired for the user then save the document. The fields 'Mailbox Path' and 'Replicat ID' will automatically populate when the document is saved
7. Create additional User Mailbox Preference documents for each person you want Inbox Genius to work for.
