License code instructions for SpamSentinel for Exchange

SpamSentinel for Exchange

1.  Launch the SpamSentinel Administrator interface

Start \ Programs \ MayFlower Software \ SpamSentinel \SpamSentinel Administrator

2.  Select the 'Company' tab

3.  Locate the field labelled 'License Code'

4.  Copy and paste the code sent to you into this field

5.  Click on the 'Save Configuration' button to save the changes and restart the SpamSentinel services

MacroKiller for Exchange

This is an optional companion product which requires a separate license code.

The MacroKiller code is added via the Windows Powershell on the same server where SpamSentinel for Exchange is installed.

1.  Import the MacroKiller settings cmdlet.

To use the MacroKiller settings cmdlet, you must import the module into the PowerShell session.  To do this, at a PowerShell prompt, change directory to the c:\mayflower\macrokiller folder and enter:

Import-Module .\MacroKiller.Settings.Dll -verbose

2.  Enter this powershell command, substituting the code shown for the one that you were sent on renewal:

Set-MacroKiller -LicenseCode "07012016MK1111111111111"

These steps result in an update of the '\macrokiller\Configuration.xml' file with the new code and a restart of the MacroKiller transport agent to apply it.
